Google has announced its 2021 I/O conference and the company is now bringing new and exciting features to mobile search. According to the company’s latest update, Android smartphone users will also be able to delete the last 15 minutes of search history.

This feature was first spotted by Mishaal Rahman of XDA Developer who claims that the feature is being rolled out. To check availability in their phone, users have to open the default Google App on their Android mobile phone and then click on the profile picture icon.

Doing so will open your account settings page in which you will get a new option which will say that you can delete the search history of the last 15 minutes.

Google released this update for Apple iPhone users in July last year but the update is expected to be available to all users in the next few weeks and will be available only for the default Google Search app. At the moment it is not clear whether the company is planning to bring this feature to the desktop or not.

This year Google is going to organize its annual developer conference on May 11 and 12 and its live streaming will be online and it can be seen for free.
